Dear Government,
I'm writting to express my dissatisfaction with the subway service. Years ago this public transportation gave people a good service but now everything is different because to take the subway is very unpleasant and is always full of people. For example in the morning I have to wait too much time to get into the coach and people push me all the time as well.
Nowadays the subway is an absolute chaos and is not as confortable as years ago. Most of people, included me, are having problems because of the subway, we are arriving late and also we have to deal with people who are angry, dirty and tired as well. Although I know that the subway is quicker than a bus I prefer to wake up earlier and to avoid taking the subway.
As far as I am concerned the subway service has to be more comfortable. This public transportation is not helping to make our lives easier, in contrast we are having serious problems and also we are paying for a service that is not good enough. I feel that you should have more coaches, install more fans in the stations and to finish as soon as possible the new extension of line one.

I agree with you and I do not understand why if many people detest the system, the govermente is still without doing anything to fix it.

I like the subway, I can sleep in there, and it doesn't matter if I miss my station coz i can take it again an again, I love it when it's really cold, the people make you feel warm...... :P
